Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform scientific literature searches and patent reviews for formulation development.
- Develop formulation strategies for transdermal drug delivery systems.
- Apply Quality by Design (QbD) principles during product development.
- Possess strong knowledge of pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer chemistry.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and screen suitable polymers and excipients.
- Optimize formulations through Design of Experiments (DoE).
- Evaluate stability studies and interpret analytical data.
- Prepare comprehensive product development reports.
- Monitor projects and ensure timely completion of development and exhibit batches.
- Prepare technology transfer documentation.
- Execute process optimization and exhibit batch activities.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Support product development activities from concept to technology transfer.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Qualification: M.Pharm
- Experience: 3–8 Years
- Strong knowledge of:

Salary (Estimated)
Based on similar pharmaceutical R&D positions in Hyderabad, the expected salary range is:
₹8,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (CTC)
