Key Responsibilities
As a QA Officer at Mepro Pharmaceuticals, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- IPQA (Injectable): Ensuring in-process quality assurance for injectable products, adhering to regulatory and company standards.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation for all quality processes.
- Qualification Processes: Overseeing qualification activities, including equipment and process validation.
- Quality Investigations: Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues.
- Audits: Assisting in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A B. Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in the IPQA department of a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
