Role Overview: Apprentice – RFI Team
The RFI Team is a critical part of Fortrea’s Global Commercial Organization. This team handles Requests for Information (RFI) from clients, manages content in the Responsive library, and supports Requests for Proposal (RFP) across various phases of clinical research, including Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Development, and Market Access.
As an apprentice, you’ll:
- Learn to support Responsive content updates and metadata assignments.
- Assist in editing and adding new content to the library.
- Support low to mid-complexity RFIs.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to process-driven tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute entry-level departmental functions in compliance with Fortrea’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and customer service.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Science or Technology).
- Experience in delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
Skills and Competencies
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
