Job Description
As an Account Receivables – Revenue Cycle Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of the organization by managing open claims and resolving insurance denials. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Follow-up on Open Claims: Proactively communicate with payors to ensure timely processing of claims.
- Denial Management: Analyze insurance denials and rejections to verify their validity, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Issue Resolution: Take necessary steps to resolve claim-related issues and prevent future denials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and payors to streamline the revenue cycle process.
Eligibility Criteria
