Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate at AstraZeneca, you will play a pivotal role in advancing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with global standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring Phase 2/3 global clinical trials within a pharmaceutical company or Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize trial execution and efficiency.
- Providing oversight of clinical site performance to ensure adherence to study protocols.
- Conducting site visits, assessing patient safety, and managing trial documentation.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, or Physiotherapy.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in clinical trial monitoring within a multinational pharmaceutical company or CRO.
- Skills: Strong understanding of GCP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
