Job Description: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (QA – Investigations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead investigations using tools like Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, and DMAIC approach.
- Conduct risk assessments, determine CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and decide on lot disposition.
- Monitor and track investigations & CAPAs, ensuring timely closures with justified extensions if needed.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for investigation and CAPA effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory standards.
- Support internal & regulatory audits (e.g., Health Canada, FDA).
- Review drug submissions (DIN, NPN) and printed material compliance.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 4-8 years in pharmaceutical quality assurance, preferably in investigations & CAPA management.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
- Expertise in root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
