✔ 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in core clinical data management.
✔ Strong expertise in study startup, execution, and closeout phases of clinical trials.
✔ Proficiency in Rave Database (Medidata Rave experience is a plus).
✔ Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reconciliation, and database lock procedures.
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts (as per project requirements).
