Job Description
EVERSANA is seeking an Associate – Analytics to join their Digital & Technology team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Incentive Compensation (IC) Analytics, Dashboard Reporting, and Test & Control Analysis for pharmaceutical clients.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Work on Field Force Sizing, Targeting, Alignment, Call Planning, Incentive Compensation (IC), and Dashboard Reporting for pharma clients.
✔ Develop SQL queries and create Tableau dashboards based on business KPIs.
✔ Analyze Pharma commercial datasets (Patient claims, Rx, SP, SD, CRM data) to enhance commercial effectiveness.
✔ Collaborate with onshore teams/clients, delegate tasks, and ensure end-to-end project accountability.
✔ Maintain process documentation (SOPs, BRDs, Process Maps) and establish best practices.
✔ Provide data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making for clients.
✔ Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their analytical skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
- MBA / B.Pharma / M.Pharma / Master’s in Life Sciences
- B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E in Engineering
Experience Required:
- 2-5 years in Sales Force Effectiveness, IC Analytics, Dashboard Reporting, Targeting & Segmentation, or MMX.
- Mandatory experience working with life sciences/pharmaceutical clients.
Technical Skills:
✔ Tableau (Dashboard Development)
✔ SQL (Query Writing & Data Extraction)
✔ Advanced Excel (Data Analysis & Reporting)

Compensation & Benefits
