As a Local Case Intake Advisor, you will play a crucial role in pharmacovigilance (PV) by managing the intake, processing, and reporting of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs). You will ensure compliance with AstraZeneca (AZ) and regulatory requirements, acting as the primary liaison between Marketing Companies and GBS-PS (Global Business Services – Patient Safety).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pharmacovigilance activities, including adverse event (AE) collection, reporting, and tracking.
- Review and process safety data from multiple sources and distribute reports.
- Identify Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and Product Security complaints.
- Assist in regulatory authority queries related to patient safety.
- Ensure data accuracy through reconciliations and periodic screening of regulatory databases.
- Maintain Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) and compliance standards.
- Support audits and inspections related to patient safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Degree in Pharmacy, Medical, or Science
✅ Language Proficiency: Indonesian / Korean / Chinese / Thai / Vietnamese
✅ Pharmacovigilance knowledge & GVP compliance
✅ Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail
✅ Experience in vendor management & cross-functional collaboration
