Pay Scale: Level-13 (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900) as per 7th CPC

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
✅ Ph.D. in Chemical / Biological / Pharmaceutical Sciences (from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university).
✅ 10+ years of post-doctoral experience in drug analysis/research, with 2 years in a leadership role.
✅ Currently working in Pay Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200) or holding an analogous post.
Desirable Skills:
✔ Experience in sports dope testing / drug analysis.
✔ Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 (Quality Management Systems).
✔ Strong research publications in reputed journals.
✔ Understanding of drug metabolism & pharmacokinetics.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee NDTL operations and represent India at WADA meetings.
- Lead research in anti-doping science and develop new testing methods.
- Manage a team of 35+ scientists in a high-tech analytical environment.
- Ensure compliance with WADA guidelines and ISO standards.
- Handle administrative and scientific planning for the lab.
