Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)
As a Microbiologist at Flychem, you will:
- Conduct microbial testing (MLT, water analysis, environmental monitoring)
- Optimize microbiological media and culture conditions
- Operate and maintain bench-top bioreactors
- Ensure compliance with GLP/GMP standards
- Perform sterility testing and microbial identification
- Document and analyze experimental data
- Collaborate with R&D for process improvements
Desired Skills & Qualifications
✅ M.Sc. in Microbiology (Ph.D. is a plus)
✅ 2-5 years of hands-on lab experience
✅ Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques & microbial assays
✅ Experience with bioreactors & fermentation processes
✅ Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (USP, EP, cGMP)
✅ Excellent analytical and documentation skills
