Job Details
Position: Project Technical Support-III (Temporary)
Project: “Epigenetic markers for predicting reverse cardiac remodelling in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM)” (ICMR Funded – P-5503)
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Essential Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in basic molecular biology techniques & cell culture
✅ Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in wet lab experiments
- Experience in handling human samples
- Proficiency in DNA/RNA/miRNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and RT-PCR
- Knowledge of data entry & analysis (Microsoft Excel)
Job Responsibilities
- Participant identification & pre-sample recruitment
- Serum sample preparation, storage, and data collection
- Assist in RNA/DNA/miRNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, and cell culture
- Maintain clinical data records and support research activities
Salary & Benefits
- ₹28,000 per month + 20% HRA (Total ₹33,600)
- Temporary contract (Initially 1 year, extendable based on project requirements)
