Job Description
Lupin is hiring a Research Associate – DP Query Response for its Pune location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analytical chemistry and hands-on experience with various lab instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instrument Operation: Proficient in handling HPLC, GC, IC, PSD, XRD, Polarimeter, KF, and other analytical instruments.
- Drug Analysis: Perform qualitative & quantitative analysis of drug substances, finished products (routine, wet, sample testing).
- Method Validation: Conduct Analytical Method Validations (AMV) for different tests.
- Method Transfer: Execute Analytical Method Transfer (AMT) to manufacturing sites.
- Instrument Calibration: Ensure proper calibration of lab instruments as per SOPs.
- Compliance: Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
- Experience: 0-3 years in a pharmaceutical lab setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, method validation, and regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork.
