Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, etc.
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review batch manufacturing and packaging records.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Handle documentation for regulatory submissions.
3. Production (Pharma)
- Oversee tablet, capsule, and injectable manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues.
4. Microbiology
- Perform microbial testing of water, raw materials, and finished products.
- Maintain sterility assurance and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopoeial standards (USP, BP, IP).
