Mazumdar Shaw Medical Foundation (MSMF) is seeking a passionate Research Coordinator to join their Neuroscience Research Lab in Bengaluru. This role involves coordinating data collection from patients with neurological disorders, ensuring compliance with research protocols, and facilitating collaboration between clinical and research teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participant Enrollment: Identify, screen, and enroll eligible subjects for neurological research studies.
- Health Data Management: Collect, document, and maintain accurate patient data following regulatory guidelines.
- Project Coordination: Organize research activities, schedule appointments, and manage study logistics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to institutional and federal research regulations.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work with physicians, lab personnel, and researchers to streamline study execution.
- Patient Engagement: Educate participants about study objectives and provide necessary support.
Eligibility Criteria:
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Neuroscience, Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, or related fields.
- Willingness to work on-site at MSMF, Bengaluru.
Desirable Skills:
- Computational skills (Jamovi, R, Python).
- Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in patient data collection, questionnaire-based screening, or clinical research.
- Experience with neuroimaging (CT/MRI) or bioinformatics (transcriptomic data) is a plus.
