Job Description: Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Pricing & Market Access Analysis:
- Understand complex pricing & reimbursement systems across regions.
- Work on price business cases, certificates, and analyze the impact of price changes on revenue.
✔ Data Reporting & Insights:
- Generate clear, accurate reports & dashboards (Power BI/Excel).
- Provide pricing insights to support business decisions.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Communicate with internal teams to gather business requirements.
- Support strategic pricing projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Process Improvement:
- Drive efficiency, standardization, and better pricing performance.
- Maintain trackers & insights for continuous improvement.
✔ Project Management & Leadership:
- Manage end-to-end project activities and ad-hoc tasks.
- Mentor junior analysts, supervise deliverables, and train new hires.
Eligibility Criteria for Business Analyst Role
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (preferably in Quantitative/Management fields) from a reputed institute.
- Undergraduate degree in Pharma, Science, Biotechnology, or Engineering.
Experience Required:
- 5-7 years of professional experience.
- Pharma industry experience, especially in Pricing & Market Access.
Skills Required:
✅ Advanced Excel (VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, Power BI
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management
✅ Project management & leadership abilities
✅ Ability to work with global teams across time zones
