Job Description
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
- Review batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopoeial standards (IP, BP, USP).
- Maintain QC documentation and calibration records.
Production
- Oversee manufacturing processes in compliance with cGMP.
- Monitor batch production records and ensure timely execution.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and ensure SOP adherence.
Microbiology
- Conduct microbial testing (sterility, endotoxin, environmental monitoring).
- Perform media preparation and microbial culture maintenance.
- Ensure lab compliance with aseptic conditions.
