📝 Job Description
1. Production Department
- Oversee manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP & regulatory standards.
- Ensure smooth production operations and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain documentation and batch records.
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Monitor quality systems and ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO, USFDA.
- Conduct audits, batch record reviews, and SOP compliance checks.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and change control processes.
3. Quality Control (QC)
- Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological testing of raw materials & finished products.
- Operate HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Spectrophotometer.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopoeial standards (IP/BP/USP).
4. Maintenance Department
- Maintain pharmaceutical machinery (RMG, FBD, Tablet Press, Capsule Filling, etc.).
- Perform preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of autoclaves, HVAC, and utility systems.
