Job Description
As a CRC Trainee, you will undergo hands-on training in clinical trial operations under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will work in a real-time hospital setting, gaining exposure to patient recruitment, data collection, regulatory compliance, and trial management.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate and manage clinical trial activities while ensuring adherence to study protocols.
✔ Recruit, screen, and obtain informed consent from eligible study participants.
✔ Accurately collect, document, and manage clinical trial data.
✔ Maintain communication with investigators, sponsors, and study teams.
✔ Monitor participant safety and report adverse events as per regulatory guidelines.
✔ Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical standards.
✔ Assist in training study staff and maintaining regulatory documentation.
✔ Oversee trial logistics, including investigational product management.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Degree: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Msc, BSc, Lifesciences
✅ Languages: English & Kannada (Mandatory), Tamil (Preferred).
✅ Location: Bangalore locals or nearby candidates (Mandatory).
✅ Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
✅ Prior knowledge of clinical trials is a plus.
