Job Description
Medpace, a leading global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is expanding its team in Navi Mumbai and seeking a Clinical Data Coder to join our Clinical Coding & Support team. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate medical and medication coding for clinical trials.
If you have a background in nursing, pharmacy, or clinical research and experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in clinical data management.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform precise coding of medical terms and medications using industry-standard dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO Drug)
✔ Coordinate dictionary assignments based on study requirements
✔ Develop and maintain coding guidelines
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical trial data accuracy
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related clinical field
✔ Experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries
✔ Prior experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
