📝 Job Description
1. Production (Manufacturing & Packing)
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Handle tablet compression, capsule filling, and packaging operations.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Document quality compliance as per regulatory standards (USFDA, WHO-GMP).
- Conduct lab testing, stability studies, and batch record reviews.
3. Warehouse & Logistics
- Manage inventory, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
- Handle documentation for stock movements.
4. Technology Transfer
- Assist in scaling up lab-developed formulations to commercial production.
- Work on process optimization and validation.
5. Engineering & Maintenance
- Maintain and troubleshoot pharmaceutical equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, utilities, and machinery.
