Job Description: Production OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) – Formulation Division
MSN Laboratories is hiring for multiple vacancies in Production OSD (Tablets, Capsules, Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packing) at their Burgula facility.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2-10 years in OSD manufacturing
- Skills Required:
- Granulation (RMG, FBD)
- Compression (Tablet Press)
- Coating (Film/Sugar Coating)
- Capsule Filling (Manual/Semi-Automatic)
- Packing (Blister, Cartonator)
- Documentation (BMR, BPR, SOPs)
- Knowledge of cGMP, USFDA, and WHO guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor OSD manufacturing equipment
- Ensure batch record compliance and quality standards
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Follow safety and regulatory protocols
