Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain laboratory compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and cGMP as per 21 CFR guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to data integrity policies (ALCOA++ principles) in all laboratory activities.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Conduct GC (Gas Chromatography) and Karl Fischer analysis for parameters like water content, purity, assay, and related substances.
- Ensure instrument calibration, maintenance, and qualification as per SOPs.
- Maintain proper documentation of test reports, logbooks, and analytical records.
- Participate in investigations, CAPA implementation, and internal/external audits.
- Manage working standards, reference standards, and lab inventory.
- Support stability studies, method validation, and verification studies.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance (USFDA, MHRA).
- Hands-on experience with GC, Karl Fischer, and analytical techniques.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
