LAXAI Life Sciences is seeking talented M.Sc Organic Chemistry graduates for CDMO-R&D (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization – Research & Development) roles in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced chemists (0-5 years) to work in a dynamic pharmaceutical research environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
For Freshers:
- Strong knowledge of named reactions, reaction mechanisms, and functional group transformations.
- Understanding of stereochemistry, spectroscopy (NMR, Mass, IR), and analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
For Experienced Candidates (1-5 Years):
- Hands-on experience in lab experiments with reproducibility.
- Knowledge of process development, optimization, and scale-up principles.
- Familiarity with pilot and manufacturing operations/equipment.
- Strong organic synthesis and technical report writing skills.
- Experience with literature search tools (SciFinder, Reaxys).
- Awareness of GxP and process safety guidelines.
