Key Responsibilities and Roles
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst, your primary duties will include:
- Management of the Affiliate Mailbox: Handling and triaging incoming safety information.
- Case Processing: Creating and managing case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database.
- Reconciliation: Performing reconciliation of reports as per the defined process.
- Follow-ups: Executing all written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases to obtain missing information.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all case processing and submissions adhere to client-specific guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
- Problem Solving: Analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems with minimal daily instruction.
What We Are Looking For (Eligibility Criteria)
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree is mandatory.
- Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance operations and drug safety surveillance.
- Skill Required: Proven expertise in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
