Role: Pharmacovigilance Services Associate

This role falls under Life Sciences R&D → Pharmacovigilance Operations, supporting global Pharma clients with ICSR case management, drug safety surveillance, and mailbox management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the Affiliate Mailbox for safety reports.
  • Reconcile incoming reports as per established pharmacovigilance processes.
  • Perform written follow-up for both serious and non-serious cases.
  • Conduct case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, narrative writing, and ICSR processing.
  • Ensure regulatory-compliant case submission and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams while working within defined SOPs and guidelines.
  • Work in rotational shifts as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance operations or drug safety.
  • Strong understanding of MedDRA, ICSR workflows, and global regulatory expectations.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOP-driven processes.
