As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be part of the Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Affiliate Mailbox and reconciling reports as per process guidelines.
- Performing follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Creating and managing case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding.
- Processing, submitting, and following up on Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
This role requires you to work in rotational shifts and collaborate closely with your team and direct supervisor.
