Job Description
Access Healthcare is hiring certified HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Coders for its Chennai location. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced coders to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate HCC codes.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and CMS regulations.
- Perform retrospective and prospective coding for risk adjustment.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify documentation.
- Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards.
- Stay updated with coding regulations and industry changes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Certification Required: Must hold a valid HCC coding certification (e.g., CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent).
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years in HCC coding.
- Freshers & Non-Certified Coders: Not eligible for this role.
- Work Mode: Day Shift | Work from Office (Chennai).
