⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and assign accurate HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) codes from medical records
- Ensure compliance with CMS, ICD coding guidelines, and internal audit standards
- Identify data gaps and query documentation for coding accuracy
- Maintain productivity and quality metrics set by Access Healthcare
- Collaborate with coding leads, QA teams, and clinical documentation staff
- Stay updated on HCC risk adjustment coding updates
⭐ Required Qualifications
- Experience: 0.6 – 2 years in HCC Coding
- Certification: Not required (Non-Certified Coders can apply)
- Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and risk adjustment coding
- Good analytical and documentation review skills
- Ability to join immediately
- Location preference: Chennai (on-site only)
