1. Production & Packing (OSD & Sterile)
- Handling granulation, compression, coating, capsule printing, blister/strip packing
- Sterile operations like filling, sealing, autoclaving, lyophilization
- Ensuring adherence to GMP and safety standards
2. Quality Control (QC)
- RM, PM, FG testing and validation activities
- Handling analytical instruments like HPLC, GC
- Stability studies and microbiological analysis
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
- IPQA, QMS, validation & qualification
- Documentation, audits, vendor qualification
- Media fill, process validation (PV), cleaning validation (CV), APQR
4. Engineering
- Maintenance of process equipment, HVAC, utilities
- Calibration, instrumentation, water systems, boilers
- Equipment qualification and troubleshooting
🎓 Qualifications Required
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Tech / D.Pharm / Diploma / ITI / 12th
