Job Description: Chemist/Executive – Quality Control (QC)
Position: Chemist / Executive
Department: Quality Control (QC) / ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)
Experience Required: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a QC department, with a strong preference for backgrounds in pharmaceutical manufacturing or injectable products.
Essential Qualification:
- Science or Pharmacy Graduates (B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Pharm./M. Pharm.)
Key Responsibilities: Your Role in Quality Assurance
The selected candidate will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of product quality and safety. The key responsibilities include:
- Testing & Analysis: Conducting precise testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished injectable products to ensure they meet all quality and regulatory standards.
- Method Validation: Playing a key role in supporting the validation of analytical methods and the qualification of crucial laboratory equipment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all laboratory activities strictly adhere to established quality control processes, cGMP guidelines, pharmacopeia standards (USP, IP, EP), and other regulatory guidelines.
- Instrumentation: Expertly operating and maintaining sophisticated analytical equipment including HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
- Documentation: Meticulously documenting all experimental data, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring data integrity in all records.
