Key Responsibilities
As a Research Consultant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate business data and supporting business development efforts. Your duties include:
- Verifying and updating contact information in Salesforce.
- Identifying and creating new accounts in existing and new territories.
- Managing and cleaning the database to remove redundant information.
- Ensuring accurate account details in Salesforce.
- Researching new accounts for potential business opportunities.
- Generating tasks for Business Development representatives.
- Assisting in database management processes and procedures.
- Providing training on CRM tools to team members.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Third-level education (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in database management or customer support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail in data entry.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
