Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and develop non-infringing, bioequivalent formulations
✔ Prepare technology transfer documents and support dossier submissions
✔ Work closely with CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations)
✔ Assist in scale-up and exhibit batch manufacturing
✔ Troubleshoot formulation challenges and ensure QbD (Quality by Design) principles
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics/Industrial Pharmacy)
✅ Experience: 2-5 years in solid oral dosage formulation development
✅ Skills Required:
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines, QbD, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience in tech transfer & exhibit batch support
