Job Description: Research Associate at AIIMS
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is recruiting a Research Associate for a prestigious project titled “To evaluate and determine the effect of areca nut extracted in Rat models using MR imaging and NMR metabolomics.” This is an excellent opportunity for PhD holders in Biotechnology and Life Sciences to work on cutting-edge research in medical imaging and metabolomics.
Key Details:
- Post: Research Associate (01 Post)
- Salary: Rs. 47,000/- + 27% HRA (Total Rs. 59,690 per month)
- Duration: 3 years (Initial 1-year contract, extendable based on performance)
- Age Limit: 40 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per norms)
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Science (Biotechnology/Life Sciences or related fields)
- Strong research background in MRI techniques, NMR metabolomics, and rodent studies
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Animal MRI techniques & NMR Metabolomics
- Expertise in rodent behavior evaluation, micro-CT studies, and histology
- Knowledge of pharmacological assessments and stereotactic surgery in rodents
