Job Profile: IPR Professional
As an IPR Professional with Aizant Drug Research Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s intellectual property strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct patent searches, landscape analysis, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) studies to ensure that the company’s pharmaceutical formulations are protected and compliant with global patent laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent searches, landscape analysis, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) studies to identify potential patent infringement risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and review patent applications related to pharmaceutical formulations, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and comply with global patent laws.
- Develop and implement IPR strategies for new product development and regulatory submissions, collaborating with R&D, legal teams, and regulatory affairs to strengthen IP protection.
- Ensure compliance with global patent laws, including USFDA, EMA, CDSCO, WIPO, and other regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle patent oppositions, litigations, and IP due diligence.
- Conduct patent drafting, prosecution, and regulatory guideline research to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Experience: 4 – 7 years in pharmaceutical IPR, formulation patents, or patent law.
- Strong knowledge of patent drafting, prosecution, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
