Open Positions and Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control (QC) Executive
- Department: Quality Control
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in the API Industry
- Eligibility: M.Sc in Organic / Analytical Chemistry or M.Pharma
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis using HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), and various wet chemistry techniques.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per standard protocols.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for stability studies and market sample analysis.
- Ensure Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) oriented documentation and maintain records for audits.
- Work efficiently on various laboratory software platforms for analytical reporting.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) Executive/Officer
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Experience: 4 to 12 years in the API Industry
- Eligibility: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or M.Pharma
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure total cGMP and regulatory compliance across all operations.
- Handle AQA, IPQA, batch release, deviations, CAPA, and change control.
- Oversee analytical data review and ensure strict adherence to data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
- Monitor on-floor QA activities, in-process checks, and documentation.
- Drive initiatives for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc (Organic/Analytical Chemistry) or M.Pharma.
- Experience: 2-5 years for QC; 4-12 years for QA. Must be in the API manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, regulatory audits, documentation, and QA/QC software.
