About the Role: Production Planner (PPIC) at Amneal Pharmaceuticals
Amneal Pharmaceuticals is hiring an experienced Production Planner to join their injectable regulated plant in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and inventory control (PPIC) within a USFDA-approved sterile/injectable manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer orders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to align production schedules.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve production flow and reduce lead times.
- Prepare production reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
- Manage material requirement planning (MRP) to ensure raw material availability.
- Participate in capacity planning and long-term production strategy development.
- Ensure all documentation and planning systems (SAP, ERP) are accurate and up to date.
