1. Production Department
- Roles: Granulation, Compression, Coating, FBP, Capsule Filling, Inspection
- Skills Required: Hands-on experience in tablet manufacturing processes.
2. Packing Department
- Roles: Bottle & Blister Packing, Sachet Filling, Liquid Manufacturing Filling
- Skills Required: Experience in primary and secondary packing operations.
3. Quality Control (QC)
- Roles: HPLC, GC, GLP
- Skills Required: Analytical testing, instrument handling, documentation.
4. Quality Assurance (IPQA – QA)
- Roles: In-process quality checks, batch record review, compliance.
- Skills Required: Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality audits.
