🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Perform SPR-based interaction studies (protein–protein, protein–small molecule, antibody–antigen).
- Operate and maintain Biacore T200 / Biacore 8K systems.
- Develop, optimize, and validate SPR assays for affinity & kinetics.
- Independently plan, execute, and troubleshoot experiments.
- Analyze and interpret data for scientific reports and presentations.
- Support protein quality evaluation and analytical characterization.
- Maintain accurate records in eLN systems following QA compliance.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.)
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance)
- Experience with Biacore instruments (T200/8K preferred)
- Knowledge of enzyme kinetics, protein interaction analysis, and assay development
- Exposure to HPLC / Mass Spectrometry is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
