Arcolab is hiring experienced professionals for Formulation Development – R&D roles in Bangalore. 📌 Key Responsibilities – Formulation Development R&D
As part of the Formulation Development R&D team, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and understanding product-related technical data from internal sites to ensure smooth technology transfer to external CMOs
- Handling OOS, OOT, and deviation investigations for new products and site transfer projects
- Planning and executing feasibility trials and scale-up trials
- Managing Product Robustness (PR) projects, including:
- Conducting trials at R&D
- Execution and monitoring of optimization batches
- Oversight of registration and commercial batches
- Reviewing APQR, RCI, CAPA, PDR, and related quality documents
- Preparation and review of:
- MFRs, BMRs, BPRs
- Trial and feasibility protocols/reports
- Product optimization (PO) and new product documentation
- Reviewing and approving PVP and PVR documents
- Supporting cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely execution
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
- Educational Qualification:
M.Pharm / B.Pharm / MS Pharm (Formulation or related discipline preferred) - Experience:
4–7 years of relevant experience in Formulation Development (R&D) - Core Skills:
- Technology transfer & CMO coordination
- Scale-up and optimization batches
- Investigation handling (OOS/OOT/Deviation)
- Regulatory and quality documentation
- Product robustness and lifecycle management
