Manufacturing Department (Goa)
- Position: Executive | Sr. Executive
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle manufacturing activities for the DP facility, including the operation of isolators and associated equipment related to cartridges (B+S), vials, and pre-filled syringes (PFS) (B+S).
- Oversee processes like CIP/SIP skid operation, vessel operations, compounding, filtration, and autoclaving.
- Operate filter integrity machines and other related sterile equipment.
- Ensure smooth operations of isolators, lyophilizers, and single-use systems.
- Be responsible for working in a sterile injectable environment with experience in USFDA-compliant operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts is required.
Engineering & Projects Department (Bangalore)
- Positions: Executive | Sr. Executive | Team Leader
- Primary Responsibilities:
- HVAC Systems: Operation and maintenance of air handling units, EMS, BMS systems, stability chambers, cold rooms, chillers, and air conditioning systems.
- DP Process Equipment: Oversee filling lines with isolators, autoclaves, compounding and filtration vessels, packing lines, and clean room equipment.
- DS Process Equipment: Operation and maintenance of fermenters, centrifuges, freeze/thaw units, HPLC systems, and related clean room equipment.
- Instrumentation: Calibration, PLC, HMI, SCADA systems, and operation of alarms and equipment related to DP/DS processes.
- Electrical Systems: Maintain HT, LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, and plant electrical systems linked to operational equipment.
Qualifications
Manufacturing Department (Goa)
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm.
- Experience: 2-6 years in relevant manufacturing roles, particularly in sterile injectables and related processes.
Engineering & Projects Department (Bangalore)
- Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience:
- 2-12 years depending on the role (Executive, Sr. Executive, or Team Leader) in HVAC, DP/DS process equipment, instrumentation, or electrical systems.
Skills Required
- Manufacturing Department (Goa):
- Hands-on experience with isolators, lyophilizers, CIP/SIP operations, filtration systems, and sterile injectables.
- Knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, including autoclaving, filter integrity, and cleanroom operations.
- Familiarity with USFDA regulations and the ability to work under stringent compliance standards.
- Engineering & Projects Department (Bangalore):
- Expertise in HVAC systems, process equipment maintenance, and instrumentation for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Ability to operate and maintain complex systems like PLC, HMI, SCADA, and electrical systems.
- Understanding of cleanroom practices and the equipment associated with sterile drug manufacturing.
