Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate – Bioanalytical, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quality Control: Conduct in-process quality control checks for ongoing studies.
- Data Review: Review raw data, chromatograms, and reports related to method validations and studies.
- Instrument Management: Ensure all lab instruments and equipment are calibrated and labeled appropriately.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor day-to-day lab activities to ensure adherence to SOPs and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) principles.
- Sample Analysis: Verify concentration data of subject samples before releasing them to the PK (Pharmacokinetics) department.
- Documentation: Generate, control, and distribute method SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Logbook Management: Handle logbooks and archive completed ones.
- Validation Tasks: Perform routine glassware validations and monitor temperature and humidity in the bioanalytical lab.
- Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training programs on SOPs for lab personnel.
- Lab Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of the laboratory and proper disposal of bio-waste and non-bio-waste.
Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in biological/life sciences, pharmacy, clinical research, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic understanding of GLP principles and SOPs.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
