🔬 Key Responsibilities (QC Officer Role)
- Perform analysis of finished product samples in QC lab
- Conduct chemical analysis and stability studies
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, Karl Fischer, Dissolution Apparatus
- Review QC documents, logbooks, and batch records
- Execute QMS activities, lab investigations, and incident handling
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
- Review SOPs, STPs, and finished goods reports
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation
- Maintain calibration and validation of lab equipment
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Strong knowledge of pharma QC operations and analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO, and quality systems
- Experience in deviation handling, CAPA, and documentation
- Skills in SOP preparation, in-process checks, and batch review
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
