Job Description: QA Batch Release Associate
Key Responsibilities
✅ Batch Record Review
- Review executed Batch Manufacturing and Packing Records for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and SOPs.
- Verify documentation for completeness and regulatory standards.
✅ Investigation & Compliance
- Coordinate with teams to resolve deviations and abnormalities.
- Prepare Batch Release/Rejection Notes.
- Ensure timely closure of investigations and CAPA.
✅ Documentation & Reporting
- Manage CCM, DCR, NCR, and SOPs.
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain quality records and rejected label audits.
✅ Cross-Functional Support
- Assist other departments in query resolution.
- Collaborate with PAC teams for QP-related queries.
- Execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Degree Required:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences)
- Experience: 1–3 years in Pharmaceutical QA/Batch Release
