Key Positions and Responsibilities
BDR Pharmaceuticals is hiring for the following roles, each with specific responsibilities tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing standards:
- Quality Control – Sr. Officer to Executive: Conduct analytical testing, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain quality records for injectable and OSD products.
- Warehouse – Assistant Manager: Oversee overall warehouse operations, including inventory management, dispatching, and compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Autoclave – Production – General Injection – Officer to Sr. Officer: Operate and maintain autoclaves for sterilization, monitor production processes, and ensure batch integrity.
- HPLC/GC Analyst – Executive: Perform high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography analyses, validate methods, and report results for stability studies.
- Receipt, Dispensing, Dispatch – Officer: Manage material receipt, dispensing, and dispatch processes, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability.
- Filling – Executive: Handle filling operations for injectable products, maintain equipment, and adhere to aseptic techniques.
- IP/FP/Stability Chemical – Manager: Lead in-process, finished product, and stability testing, develop protocols, and ensure data integrity.
- OSD-Dispensing – Technician: Assist in oral solid dosage dispensing, weigh materials, and follow SOPs for batch preparation.
- Visual Inspection – Technician: Perform visual inspections of vials and ampoules, identify defects, and maintain inspection logs.
- Lab Engineer – Executive: Support laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting for analytical instruments.
- IPQA – Injectable – Vial Washing – Technician: Operate vial washing machines, ensure cleanliness standards, and document processes.
