🧬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform adherent mammalian cell line culture under strict aseptic conditions
- Handle routine and large-scale cell culture operations
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and biosafety guidelines
- Maintain accurate batch records and documentation
- Support upstream processing in biologics or vaccine production
- Troubleshoot cell growth, contamination, and process deviations
- Collaborate with Production and R&D teams for process optimization
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background:
- M.Sc / B.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, or related discipline
- Experience:
- 2–8 years hands-on experience in adherent mammalian cell culture
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cell biology and culture principles
- Experience working in aseptic / cleanroom environments
- Familiarity with biopharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing is preferred
