Open Positions & Detailed Job Description

1. Position: Instrument Technician

• Designation: Engineer to Sr. Engineer
• Experience Required: 05 to 10 Years
• Number of Openings: 01
• Qualification: ITI in Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plant maintenance instrumentation and troubleshooting.
• Handle maintenance and calibration of sophisticated pharma machinery with automation.
• Ensure the smooth operation of automated systems on the production floor.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation used in pharma plant maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and working with automated pharmaceutical equipment.

2. Position: Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

• Designation: Jr. Officer to Officer
• Experience Required: 02 to 04 Years
• Number of Openings: 01
• Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering operations, maintenance, and adhere to safety norms and quality procedures.
• Maintain a wide range of equipment including tablet compression machines, granulation (FBP), Ampoule filling line, Vial filling line, Autoclave, Auto coater, and Bung processor.
• Handle the Dry powder line and Injection manufacturing skid.
• Perform calibration of instruments.
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems is essential.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in the maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and quality procedures.

3. Position: Engineering – QMS (Quality Management Systems)

• Designation: Trainee to Officer
• Experience Required: 01 to 03 Years
• Number of Openings: 01
• Qualification: B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle QMS activities in a pharma company, including preparing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Manage Change Control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain PM Schedules (Preventive Maintenance) and Calibration Schedules.
• Handle all GMP documentation activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have knowledge of QMS and GMP documentation in the pharmaceutical sector.
• A background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical writing skills.
