Are you a seasoned International Business Development professional with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industryBiodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IBD Manager to spearhead our growth in key international markets. This is a high-impact role based in Noida where you will be instrumental in shaping our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

As our IBD Manager, you will be at the forefront of our international expansion. Your core duties will include:

  • Identifying and Developing Opportunities: Drive business development by identifying new leads and untapped opportunities within the LATAM, South Asia, and African markets.
  • Building Strategic Relationships: Forge and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, regulatory bodies, and key partners across these diverse geographies.
  • Leading Market Entry: Develop and execute effective market entry strategies to establish a strong presence and achieve sales growth.
  • Driving Revenue and Negotiation: Take ownership of revenue targets, lead contract negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Cross-Functional Management: Collaborate with internal teams (regulatory, supply chain, marketing) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and stay ahead of regulatory changes affecting the pharma export landscape.

  • Proven Experience: 6 to 7 years of dedicated experience in international business development, specifically within the pharmaceuticals, CDMO, or export business.
