Job Description: Production (Antigen Manufacturing)
Biological E. is looking for dynamic and skilled professionals to strengthen its Antigen Production team. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in the core manufacturing processes.
- Job Title: Officer, Senior Officer, Executive, Senior Executive
- Department: Manufacturing – Antigens (Production)
- Experience Required: 1 to 9 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates with prior experience in Antigen manufacturing, vaccine production, or biopharmaceuticals will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves a variety of critical tasks essential to GMP manufacturing:
- Execute Upstream (USP) and Downstream (DSP) production batches as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and schedules.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Perform routine monitoring and checks of production equipment, facilities, and critical utilities.
- Handle and maintain accurate GMP documentation in coordination with QA and QC departments.
- Actively participate in validation, qualification, and calibration activities for equipment and processes.
- Ensure full compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to attend:

- M.Sc in any Life Sciences
- B.Sc in any Life Sciences
- B.Pharmacy
- B.Tech in Biotechnology
- Diploma with a Life Sciences background
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 9 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
