Job Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Executive in the production department of Botanic Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process. Here are the key responsibilities associated with the role:
- Operating and Managing Equipment: Ensure all equipment in the production area is operated efficiently, adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- In-Process Analysis & Calibration: Conduct in-process analysis and perform daily calibration of weighing machines to ensure accurate measurements.
- Execution of Processes: Follow the Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure all production processes are executed correctly. After completing the batch, hand over all production documentation to the QA department.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with warehouse, maintenance, QC, and QA departments to ensure smooth plant operations and effective documentation.
- Material Handling: Ensure materials are labeled properly and kept separate to avoid cross-contamination or mixing.
- Housekeeping Activities: Ensure the plant is clean and organized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Training and Safety: Participate in all training sessions conducted in the plant and strictly follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Auditable Condition: Maintain the plant in an auditable condition, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Sr. Executive – Production – Clean Rooms role, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc/M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering
These qualifications are necessary to ensure a strong foundation in the principles of chemical engineering, chemistry, and production processes, all of which are critical for success in the role.
